A Piece of
History
The property is a parcel of land adjacent to the aerodrome utilised by the R.A.A.F. Training School during World War 11.
Today the hangars are visible close by, as are many remnants of storage facilities, landing pads for the planes and asphalt for the runways. Notably the water hydrants still remain.
Visitors are encouraged to inspect the 80 year old boom gate entrance to the property. It was this location where European migrant families were resettled after the War.
